Terms of use

Version 2026-10-26b. These terms explain how Cotify is used during the closed pilot. They are not legal advice: they will be reviewed with a lawyer before the app is opened to more companies. This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails if they differ.

Who provides the service

What the app is

A tool that turns a technical drawing with inspection balloons (CAD PDF or a photo of the printed drawing) into the specification table, so that a person can review, correct and validate it. The AI only transcribes the text of each balloon; the calculations are done by our own code. We explain it in the privacy policy.

Who can use it

• Only people invited during the pilot, on behalf of their company, and over 18 years of age: it is a tool for professional use.
• By setting your password you accept these terms and the privacy policy; we keep the version and the date on which you did so.
• Your account is personal: do not share the password. If you think someone knows it, change it and let us know.

Your drawings are yours (or your company's)

• You only upload drawings that your company has the right to use and that it has authorised you to upload.
• AIHacks does not acquire any right over the drawings or the tables: it only uses them to provide the service to you, treats them as confidential and does not use them to train AI models.
• Drawings and photos are deleted 90 days after the drawing is validated; the table is kept for as long as you have the account. If a drawing is never validated, the drawing and its photos are deleted 180 days after upload. Deleting the account deletes everything.

Human review is yours

• The table proposed by the app is an aid. It may contain reading errors: that is why every row is reviewed and the table is always validated by a person.
• Before using the table to accept or reject parts, check it against the original drawing. The decision about the parts belongs to your company, not to the app.

Proper use

It is not allowed to:

• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or bypass the limits of the app.
• Use it in an automated or massive way without prior agreement.
• Upload illegal content or content you have no right to use.

If someone does not comply with these terms, we may suspend their account, with prior notice unless there is a security risk.

Price

Free during the pilot. If this changes, we will give notice in advance and the new terms will have to be accepted to keep using the app.

Availability and liability

• It is a free pilot and the service is provided "as is", without warranties: the app may change, have faults or be unavailable at times. We will try to give notice of planned downtime.
• The table is always validated by a person from your company. AIHacks is not liable for manufacturing or inspection decisions taken with it, except where the law does not allow liability to be excluded (wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

Leaving

You can ask us to delete your account whenever you want by writing to soporte@aihacks-es.com. We may end the pilot with reasonable notice; in that case you will be able to download your tables beforehand.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version with its date and ask you to accept it again when you sign in.

Applicable law

Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the registered office of the service provider (AIHacks).
